R247C Flashing Beacon
Carmanah’s R247C flashing beacon is the most advanced 24-hour solar flasher available. The ultra-compact, self-contained system powers an industry standard LED signal module mounted in a standard traffic signal head. The R247C does not require a separate flasher cabinet or battery box because the batteries and electronics are mounted inside the solar engine. The R247C is lightweight and easy to install.

R820 Pedestrian Beacon
Mid block crosswalks can be a traffic engineers worst nightmare, and a dangerous place for pedestrians. RAI Products has a solution, Carmanah’s model R820 solar powered pedestrian beacon. The R820 is a push button activated, crosswalk warning beacon, which uses industry standard LED signals for illumination. Being solar powered the R820 requires no external power and frequency hopping spread spectrum technology provides a wireless link between multiple beacons in a system. When the button is pushed the lights start flashing on both sides of the street.

Solar-Powered School Zone Flasher
Carmanah’s R829 School Zone Flasher is the most advanced, easy to operate School Zone Flasher on the market. What’s more, because it’s solar powered there is no external wiring, no trenching, and no monthly power bill. The R829 School Zone Flasher is designed to operate for up to 5 years with no scheduled maintenance.

We can also supply a 110 volt system if needed.
