Pro-Seal 6006 EX is an extra flexible, two-component traffic detector loop sealant designed to seal loops in both asphalt and concrete pavements. Pro-Seal 6006 EX offers twice the elongation properties of other polyester loop sealants on the market Pro-Seal 6006 EX encapsulates, insulates and protects the loop wire from moisture penetration and damage from road debris. Whether you need to seal a small loop at a parking gate or hundreds of loops for a big traffic signal project, Pro-Seal 6006 EX is up to the task. Literally millions of linear feel of loop slot has been successfully sealed with Pro-Seal 6006 EX.

Pro-Seal 6006 EX is a pour-able, self-leveling sealant that is applied without the need for expensive pump systems or cumbersome caulking guns that breakdown and are a maintenance headache.

Application is simple. Pop the lid off the gallon can, add 1-2 tubes of catalyst and mix using a drill and paint mixer. Pro-Seal 6006 EX is dark brown in color, the catalyst is dark red. Simply mix until you have a uniform color with no visible streaks of red catalyst, usually about 30 seconds. Once mixed Pro-Seal 6006 EX can be poured right from the gallon can or any other suitable container. Smooth sealant into the loop slot with a V-shaped squeegee.
